I have to apologize to the community of loops.video
The delay in rolling out the new webUI and ActivityPub federation support is due to the new mobile app release that is a day or two from being ready to submit for App Store (TestFlight) review.
Many of you do use the current Loops TestFlight app, and I need to ensure we don't break that experience until the new app is ready.
I hope you understand, it will be worth the wait ✨

I get why delays happen (I've been a professional developer for over 20 years).
IMHO your estimates are overly enthusiastic ("by the end of this week", "a day or two"), probably because you're excited to make an announcement but then can't keep the deadline because of unexpected problems/bugs, personal stuff etc.
So of course it's a bit disappointing (from the view of a user) if seemingly nothing happens. At the same time you put a lot of pressure on yourself.
