@pluralistic You see videos sometimes of those baggage handlers throwing luggage about without a care. Looks like these baggage handlers at least have a calmer approach to it. Here's hoping they are the shining example of a gold standard in their profession to which all others should hold themselves.
@pluralistic Watching before take-off as our bikes were *unloaded* from the plane was not wonderful. The bikes were sent where we were not going.
Oh—yes—the airline tried saying it was our fault. Then did not help at all.
