Hi @sl007 , I just read it also in a Dutch newspaper. Indeed the don't want to clarify too much the reasons why. 2 reasons given: 1) the chinese CEO apparently abused power making Nexperia buy from another of his companies. 2) geopolitical: US put them on a list of export restricted companies -> apparently millions of chips (incl Nexperia) sold to China, smuggled to Russia found in drones and other weapons used against Ukraine.
it has lots of potential, these chips are nearly in each german car (e.g. VW, BMW) and now the industry warns the press about a potential collapse …
