@echo_pbreyer, following the chat control proposal being taken off the table now one of the coalition parties of the Danish goverment withdraws its support for #ChatControl.

That weakens the position of the Danish minister of justice. Unlikely that he will make another extreme proposal under the Danish presidency of the Council.

@echo_pbreyer Is it a direct giveaway that Chat control will be discussed in that meeting? Where is this information to read more about it?

@echo_pbreyer I wish it wasn't endlessly removed from the agenda only to be reintroduced later with slight modifications. They should reject it in a vote once and for all.

@echo_pbreyer And when some laws finds opposition the handbook says: “try to sneak it in, on holidays season and maybe as a sub chapter in some other totally irrelevant piece of legislation”.

EU governments continue to try to oppress the people they are supposed to represent.
