@lauren I a similar vein, today I received a survey from Dish Network asking me all about 'what if they used AI in their system'? The interesting methodology is first they asked me a bunch of questions about my satisfaction with Dish, then they asked me questions about a potential AI use on Dish, then lastly, asked me the same satisfaction questions as the first part, with the consideration that now I know they might use AI. So yes, my 'after being exposed to AI plans' answers were more negative
