@thibaultamartin depends what you mean with proper
@YaLTeR did a great job to reduce the barrier of entry, so you get something usable these days by simply `dnf install niri` and then selecting Niri when logging in.
While you can do a lot with your mouse when it comes to window management, there would need to be the equivalent fo GNOME settings to make Niri truly accessible. Also there's no topbar preconfigured for you.
