Okay internets, help me out: does anyone use a #Bluetooth receiver to connect to non-Bluetooth speakers that

a) has a pairing mode so that random-ass people can't connect whenever they want
b) doesn't have a power button (so it's always on if plugged in), and
c) stays disconnected if you disconnect your device (rather than you manually disconnecting, then it automatically connecting again)

Is this combo even possible?

Requirements a) and c) are met by one device I own (Jabra headset) but it does have a power button. I have a Bluetooth receiver with a pairing mode and a power button, but it does that annoying reconnect-after-manually-disconnecting thing.
