@dangillmor In the UK this would probably render the whole document ineffective. The customer must be given effective notice of the contract terms. If the company tries to rely on something in there, then the customer could argue that they had no effective notice of that term because it was buried in a 200 page document.

Edit: I took a look at the document. Most of it is actually a list of state and national variations, so the effective length is much less.
