Watching the Tory party conference and their lurch to the far right has got me thinking: what do moderate Tories do now?
Suppose you're right-wing in your politics, but not a fascist. The sort of person who might have been happy to vote for David Cameron.
Who do you vote for now? Do you feel politically homeless?
Sure, they could vote Labour, now that Labour has become a centre-right party.
But if you're a lifelong Tory voter, voting Labour must just seem wrong.
