Since a big part of my interest in #meshtastic is as #disaster comms, I decided to run my Station G2 off a big battery instead of directly off mains.

The battery, a previous generation Goal Zero is rated at a little less than 300 Watt hours. The G2 got nearly 5 full days which is well shy of the 12 I’d estimated but still respectable.
