Nuki Raccoon: The DEI Program of Furry Erotica

Y'all remember there was that period like the late '90s early 2000s when half the #cartoons on #TV were like...

* Main character goes downstairs*
*Screeching* "Oh Joy, my favorite news publication, THE DAILY BUTT."
*Begins Reading aggressively, with an aggressively detailed nose pressed against the page*
"What's this??? The Daily Butt is shutting down?! I won't stand for this!!" *drops down on their butt* "TO THE WEINER MOBILE!!" *grabs their knees and pulls them close and begins bouncing on their butt like it's a damn pogo stick, out into the garage where they have a car that's shaped like a hot dog, but it also has a butt, and when they drive it, it makes a constant farting noise and the exhaust comes out from between the ass cheeks like it's farting. Also when they drive out of their garage we see their house is this ugly gray box thing. They drive it through Buttville to a protest where squiggly people are holding up signs with butts on them.

#butts

Y'ALL AREN'T EVEN GOING TO GUESS WHICH CARTOON I'M THINKING OF THE MOST, BECAUSE THIS WAS LIKE A FUCKING ERA OF CARTOONS WHERE LIKE HALF OF THEM WERE THIS, AND THIS IS WHEN SPONGEBOB CAME OUT, AND THEN EVERYTHING WAS EITHER SPONGEBOB OR BUTTS FOR THE REST OF THE 2000S UNTIL MY LITTLE PONY CAME OUT.

Actually I'm trying to remember If there was a cartoon that wasn't Cow And Chicken that did the butt-pogo-stick thing, because they did that like every other episode.
