It’s what I call “right privilege”. When the right wing does bad things, it’s seen as just their nature. they’re allowed. When the Democrats do something the least bit controversial, an answer is demanded. It’s similar a similar dynamic to how to how racist communities and police treat white people versus people of color.

This is why leftists say "scratch a liberal and a fascist bleeds." Capital controlling information and subsequently politics (thereby gaining power over markets to regulate them for personal profit) is a FEATURE of capitalism. Corporatism is just what the incentives always create

@dangillmor AP News has become so apologetic to the govt. in the past 2-3 years that I no longer use it, as with Reuters. Even the awful NY Times seems to be more accurate these days.
