I just got word that the family home of one of our Gaza Verified families was bombed by Israel.

I know the names of nine of the family members, including two children, who were murdered by Israel and there are other relatives who were living there that were also murdered in the same genocidal attack.

Our Gaza Verified family member and their immediate family are safe in the South.

I am devastated for them.

I hope Israel and every single person complicit in this genocide gets exactly what they deserve.

@aral all the murders of people in Gaza are horrible, but looking in the eyes of a relative telling you they just lost a whole branch of their family is devastating. Offering comfort never feels like enough compared to using the same words and gestures at a natural death of a very old person, which is the usual circumstance we offer condoleance in.
