There was a time when a game taking up 262 MB of hard disk space was considered CRAZY, even by the game's own developers! 🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

Like many of you, this is more space than my entire hard drive had. Back then though, I got a copy of the game on floppies from a friend.

Now in my older days I can afford to pick up an original CD from eBay. My first PC - the one I first played Descent and Descent II on - didn't even have a CD-ROM drive. And I vividly remember the hard disk was 170 MB in total.

One of the best things about retro collecting is fully experiencing what we missed back then.
