There's a letter petition, started by one of San Diego's youth organizations, urging the Board of Supervisors' new Subcommittee on Juvenile Justice to consider ways to end incarceration of girls, too. They don't have many signers yet, so if you are in #SanDiego, maybe add your signature?

I always like to see young kids get involved and this organization has a really good track record including getting youth seats of City and County commissions; could use the support!
