Stratford Park, Stroud #parkrun today
I went over 40 minutes 5k for the first time in ages. Hilly and also quite uneven running on grass meant I struggled.
People were absolutely lovely mind, volunteers were great and a good atmosphere.
Asking for trail running shoes for Christmas!
