@ProPublica It is very hard to get a medical or legal professional removed. Many years ago I worked in a private surgery center. One of the surgeons made more than one "mess". It took the complaints of other doctors to get the medical board to take action. Even then, they only removed his surgical privileges. He was still allowed to care for patients in clinic and do non invasive procedures.
