@TheSecondVariation Goblins is our distributed programming system! https://spritely.institute/goblins/

This is a refactor of the Shepherd init / daemon management system to use Goblins. It means a lot of cool things, especially for the future of Guix, including being able to do fleet orchestration, etc! See https://spritely.institute/news/shepherd-goblins-update.html for more information!

@spritely Very cool. Shouldn't you call it herd orchestration :)?. Anyways are there some diagrams for the actor model / OCapN thingy out there? I feel like every time I try to read more about it I get stuck and feel I don't understand much (maybe it is also not very important) but feel that maybe there is a flow chart or something that could help the understanding. How do the vat's relate to something like #erlang processes ( Do they have anything in common)? Don't worry you don't have to address anything.
