A colour photo of a dark and starry sky filled with the Northern Lights. Stars can be seen across the top, and the foreground is a roadside barrier in silhouette, but the rest of the shot is filled by a wedge of Aurora Borealis extending from the lower left to the top right. The bright green loops are almost concentric, with the centre being off the right side of the shot. Above the arcs are subtle spikes of green extending upwards. It's very beautiful.
