Really glad to have picked up a Garmin watch and to follow one of their “Garmin Coach” programs.

I’m regularly frustrated by too short, too slow sessions, but I’m making faster and more consistent progress than I did when I just winged my trainings.

I know without the coach to stop me I would have already injured myself.

@thibaultamartin Which coach program did you pick up and why? I once clicked through the menues and videos and only could decide based on vibes and not based on what are the pros and cons of each 😅

@sakurasubnet I went for the “10K with Coach Amy” solely because she focuses on preventing injuries :)

@thibaultamartin

Rest is the hardest part for a runner. But if you don't do it, injury will come. For sure 😬 So listen to your body and to Garmin 👍🙂

@BarefootMicha “Rest is the hardest part for a runner”

That is so true, even at a beginner level!

@thibaultamartin

I tried it so long without rest. Because a runner is only a runner when he runs.
I was so wrong.
