#IPv6 mystery of the day: a Debian machine, when initiating IPv6 outgoing traffic, uses by default as source address an ULA which is assigned to a network interface which is down.

Forcing the source address (traceroute -s for instance) allows traffic to pass.

Rebooting clears the problem for a few days.

It worked before Debian "trixie".

Removing the link with the ULA solves the problem but I wonder what's going on. (When I have time, I will try to edit /etc/gai.conf to see.)
