I haven't checked all of them but [lemmy.world](http://lemmy.world) is not a Mastodon instance. It is an activity pub service and can be followed from mastodon but it might be best to split it out into a "other fediverse services" list to make it clear to people looking for an instance that it will not be the same experience as a Mastodon instance.
