@neil Unfortunately, many services block access from known VPN exit points (in a short-sighted effort to mitigate anonymised attacks).

@span neil I think it's interesting that the next paragraph describes the measures as "a significant threat to people’s privacy".

But for some vague reasons we're all meant to be fine with that.
