Federal judge is upset that Trump regime fabricated evidence and more while breaking other laws, but says he's not going to do anything to punish any lawbreaker. He talks semi-tough but, in the end, is a coward.

From NY Times article:

In some cases, [the judge] said, the government offered “fabricated” context and “ersatz” evidence. He called some prosecutor conduct “chicanery,” echoing observations he had shared at times during the case.

He appeared particularly angered by the government’s insistence that the fired workers had ways outside of district courts to challenge their dismissals. Mr. Trump effectively disabled those options when he fired people in key positions, Judge Alsup noted.

@span dangillmor

Our courts are sliding into fascism right along with the rest of the country. Presenting falsifications to a court is prohibited by the rules of professional conduct, but nothing happens unless someone (judge, opposing counsel) moves for sanctions. Then it goes to the State Bar Association.

The ABA, and State Bars *must* start doing their jobs. We have both lawyers and judges who should be held accountable, but aren't. Start revoking licenses for shit like this.

@span dangillmor The last decade has been a clear and obvious demonstration that #Americans in general, but especially American men are complete chickenshits.
Cringing, weak, ridiculous cowards.
There's no other way to explain why #Republicans ran an illiterate, stupid, useless, criminal, corpulent turd THREE TIMES.
Every shitty thing happening was preventable.

Americans just had to vote for the qualified woman.
DUMBASS COWARDS.

@span dangillmor What's he going to do? Refer the prosecutor to DoJ to be prosecuted for perjury?
