People are being forced to leave Gaza City and to flee South if they don’t want to be killed in the carpet bombing of Gaza City the Israeli army has announced.
This is forced displacement. This is deportation. This is ethnic cleansing. This is erasing us.
My family and I are travelling back and forth between Gaza City, where we still live, and the South of the Gaza Strip, where we store our most valuable belongings to save whatever can be saved, and to look for a new place to stay.
There’s no space left in the South. We still don’t know if we’ll be able to find a new place outside of Gaza City. We want to flee. We want to live.
If you know of any plot of land, any warehouse, any flat, even one room, let us know. We’ll pay rent. There’s 8 of us.
