@DionRa s health is so bad he can't get up aside from going to the bathroom or HE'LL FAINT. He's in constant pain. I am weak myself and have lost an alarming amount of weight since our lease has ended. Can't take the stress and the hardships. Being stuck here means no access to supermarkets or stores and no dishwasher, so all we can get is post-delivered canned and dry food and then we don't have the spoons to cook. We've both been low level starving since we got here but it got worse and the damage accumulates. It's serious. Plus we could get an eviction order any day now and that fear eats us alive. When it gets cold, we're in danger of CO poisoning again from the faulty chimney.

WE NEED MONEY FOR FOOD, TO MOVE, FOR DEPOSIT AND RENT. Had to use part of what we already fundraised for groceries and bills, cause we didn't think we'd be stuck in this rundown dump that wrecks our health for this long. Plus we may need to pay more deposit than we thought, having trouble finding a place.

Didn't know it was this bad, I kinda thought being an EU citizen should be "enough" for landlords etc??? But I've literally been told that it's "a problem" that I don't have a finnish identification number... never mind that it's illegal to discriminate like that but yeah. Last one also rejected me after I told them I don't have one bc I'm german. House is still up for rent though - they didn't even find someone else! they just don't want me. Weird.

Remade fundraising post bc we got no donos from the other one and it didn't reflect how dire our situation is.

It's really hard and FACING IT is hard. Dion had an entire breakdown when he read my draft of the post bc he feels like he can't say how bad it is - even though it's accurate. But he's never been believed about his pain, starvation, health problems and what that means. It makes it so hard for him to talk about. Plus lately he has to spend all his time distracting himself because it's too much and too scary and emotionally and physically painful for him. Being undocumented, he can't do the house hunting anyways and has to rely on me.

We're also both worried that ppl will think we were stupid to move here, but we weren't, we were desperate and had no better option. Plus we assumed we could rest and heal, make some mone, get a bike and get groceries that way. That was impossible in part due to the bad state the house was in (CO poisoning all winter...) and the landlord's harassment which impacted us more than we could have foreseen.

Kann wer mir eine Vermieter-Referenz sein? Vermietis fragen nach Kontaktdaten von vorigen Vermietern und wollen fragen, ob ich denn auch immer schön brav war. Klar war ich das! 😇 Ist nichtmal gelogen!

Ich kann nur nicht den echten Vermieter angeben, weil er mich richtig fertig gemacht und rausgeschissen hat, seitdem ich wollte, dass er Dinge repariert und keine migrantischen Arbeitenden dafür ausbeutet und ohne angemessene Ausrüstung Scherben und Müll aus dem Garten (= Brennesseln, Ameisen, etc) entfernen lässt. (#LandlordDrama für, naja, Drama 😂)

Also, würde wer sich bereit stellen? Ich glaube nichtmal, dass es wahrscheinlich ist, dass wer anruft und fragt, aber falls doch, braucht (und sollte) mensch auch nicht viel sagen.
