A lot of 32bit computers are still perfectly capable of browsing the web. Specially dedicated kiosks machines that don't require that much tbw.

@jbz I own a late 32bit Intel machine with an SSD and 4GB of RAM. It can barely run Debian 12. Chromium and Firefox are both painfully slow on this machine with modern web sites. I really want to know where these machines „perfectly capable of browsing the web“ are. Even a Raspberry Pi easily outperforms a Core2Duo (which is 64bit, btw.).
@jbz Mainline Firefox is moving away from 32bit support, but could its forks still be built for 32bit platforms?
Also, could this be an opportunity for forked engines like Goanna to take a larger role in the 32bit space?
@jbz After Firefox opening backdoors for using data for AI it is no option for me anymore, neither 32 nor 64bit version...
