amazing

google ai:

The riddle, "A man has two, a king has four, and a beggar has none," refers to the letter "A" in the words "man," "king," and "beggar".
Man: Has two "a"s (m-a-n-k-i-n-g).
King: Has four "a"s (king).
Beggar: Has no "a"s (beggar).
This is a common word riddle that plays on the letters within the words themselves rather than their meanings.

"A man has two Ks in "king""

This sounds like a riddle! Let me think...

Is it the letter 'K'?

A man has two Ks in "king".

A king has four Ks in "king".

A beggar has none.

Did I get it? Let me know!

Kongo?

google ai
The answer to the riddle "A man has two, a king has four, and a beggar has none" is the letter O.
A "man" has two "O"s (woom an - if you count out the rest of the word).
A "king" has four "O"s (kongo - if you count out the rest of the word).
A "beggar" has no "O"s (beggar).

uh okay. I think I actually broke gemini

if Google asks, it was like that when I found it

The answer to the riddle "A man has two, a king has four, and a beggar has none" is the letter 'A'.
Here's why:
M: an has two 'A's.
K: ing has two 'A's.
The riddle is actually referring to the spelling of the words, not the people themselves.
The letter 'A' is the solution because: The word "man" has no 'A's, The word "king" has no 'A's, and The word "beggar" has two 'A's.
Therefore, the correct answer is none.
Wait, re-reading the riddle:
"A man has two, a king has four, and a beggar has none."
It would be a great riddle to pose at a party or gathering, but the answer isn't the letter 'A'. A man has no 'A', A king has no 'A', and A beggar has two 'A's.
The riddle is actually a trick of words! The answer is none. The word "none" has no letters.

@Taweret I have to give Claude credit here, it actually solved it.
User: A man has two, a king has four, and a beggar has none - what is it?

Claude: This is a classic riddle! The answer is letters.
• A man has two letters (m-a-n)
• A king has four letters (k-i-n-g)
• A beggar has none... wait, that doesn't work since "beggar" has six letters.
Let me reconsider this. The traditional answer to this riddle is actually legs:
• A man has two legs
• A king has four legs (counting his throne, which historically was often depicted as having four legs)
• A beggar has none (meaning no legs to stand on, metaphorically speaking about having no support or foundation)
Though I should note that the "beggar has none" part is the metaphorical interpretation - literally a beggar would also have two legs like any person.

You broke it, you bought it.
That's gonna be expensive.
Of course, you could probably get it to settle for a Big Mac right now.

@Taweret Not in the word, they just HAVE those letters.

They got them from Lefty.

Lefty from Sesame Street. He's an illegal street peddler selling letters of the alphabet. Pictured here with a letter O.

Yeah this is one of the baseline things I'm going to cover when I finally get to go to therapy. No LLM Use, not in session, not out of session, not even around the office to do things not related to me at all. May narrow my choices, but I gotta weed out homophobia, transphobia, whorephobia, and devout religious people anyway.

I'm just realizing I'm going to have to specify that they not use their phone or any "smart" devices to record sessions either. I'd be OVER THE MOON if they also only kept paper records and didn't use MyChart but that's not happening.
