Got myself a pair of Barebarics barefoot shoes to help with my knee pain (I’m older than 30).

I was a bit concerned they’d look like baby shoes, and they definitely look different than normal shoes as seen from the top, but they seem alright from the side?

#barefoot #shoes #health

A pair of barefoot shoes seen from the top. They look wider than regular shoes, especially on the toe end. This makes them look shorter than regular shoes.

@thibaultamartin i like the shape of barefoot shoes. In my experience they are perfect to walk with on uneven surface. But on flat surfaces like asphalt the pressure is always on the same spots. So i feel like they are not made for city surfaces. I put soles in them.

Be careful with your knee! Check if some physiotherapy can be supportive. Enjoy the shoes, they look nice!

@thibaultamartin I'm not known for my fashion taste, but they look great! And really just like normal shoes.

I love all the "zero drop", "barefoot" shoes I have, it's the only kind of shoe I buy anymore! Lems, Astrals, Xero, I'll add these to my list to check out!

Has helped me tremendously with knee and ankle pain. Definitely took my calves some getting used to, but that passed a long time ago.
