Fuck every EV charger that requires an app to use. Just give me a goddamned credit card reader.
This is the second station we've stopped at today that required yet another app install and registration鈥攐nly to have the fucking thing not work.

Update: third time's the charm鈥攆ound one, it had a card reader, and it just worked.
Honestly, EV charging should be free and plentiful, subsidized by the oil companies. It's the least they could do, and as my girlfriend said "the cost would be a rounding error to them".
