hey everyone

so like. i'm a survivor of domestic abuse, bullying, SH and bigotry riiiight??

and like...bc of all this trauma my mind instantly darts to wanting or trying to kill myself whenever something shit happens in my life

and like...do u know any way to actually deal with trouble in a healthy way without it just being gaslighting or toxic positivity or telling yourself to stop whining and suck it up

pls tell me

@mynameistillian For me personally it helps with suicidal ideation/generally depression being worse than usual to remind myself that this is a temporary feeling - so far I always got out the other end, sometimes in a matter of hours, so I have no reason to think this time will be different.
Just going on, being gentle with myself because that kind of thing does sap energy.
