"At least five people were killed in three armed attacks in recent hours at three hospitals in the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa, during a violent day that continued on Saturday.
"Sinaloa is experiencing a crisis of violence due to the conflict between Los Chapitos and Los Mayos, factions of the Sinaloa cartel, which has left more than 1,500 dead in Sinaloa since September 2024."
