A skein of yarn against a clover background. It has three strands of white and one of cinnamon brown. Upon closer inspection, you can see there are two dull white strands, which are wool, and one bright what strand, which is Angora. The brown is Alpaca.

Three skeins of yarn posed on a fence as a color reference. The first is un-dyed white wool and Angora plied with brown Alpaca. The second is white wool plied with pale fawn Angora and Alpaca. The third is the same as the first, dyed with black walnut hulls. The different fibers took up the dye at different rates, creating a rich yarn with stripes of gold, brass, and copper.
