Strange article. The web/internet also has no way to comply with this law. And nobody can speak for it, only explain how it works.
I find it weird to refer to #mastodon as a social network (but it's much more of a network than the closed platforms). Mastodon can refer to server software, an app, a non profit and/or a few servers that they run (I wish they all had different names).
How can a law make enforceable demands on entities outside its government's jurisdiction?
