so last Xmas @douglasfur did a little fundraiser during our monsterdon viewing of Snow Beast
I would really like to do a even bigger version this xmas (not necessarily with Snow Beast)
the idea: we raffle a few select items off, people donate to a charity (we can make a list of charities) they send us a screenshot showing they donated and they're entered into the raffle
we would need some things to raffle off and someone to be the person who the screenshots get sent to and who keeps us posted with running totals of donations
also if there are any lawyers on here please let us know about any potential legal issues here. we would not be taking any money from anyone, just directing them to charity sites and asking for screenshots to show they donated
) I mean with a bunch of places suspending postal service to and from the US. I think at least currently, shipping via FedEx, UPS, or possibly DHL would work, but I am not certain and do not want to be quoted on it
