Went for a lunchtime walk, found the ducklings again. Still seven, which is nice. Very attentive parents.
I did need to encourage them to get off the road at one point though, since students & tradies aren't very attentive when driving.

Four wood duck ducklings foraging on the grass in the shade. They are walking from right to left in a group.

All seven entering the main lake, following their parents. They are in a group right behind mother duck, and are bobbing about on the greeny-brown water. There are reeds behind them.

Two small wood duck ducklings. They're mostly shades of brown, and very fluffy. The right hand one is standing upright and alert (it head a lapwing call), while the other contemplates its next snack.
