Sunday dinner…
Pork shoulder butterflied for a roulade. Prosciutto, provolone, breadcrumbs, herbs, pickled peppers for inside the roulade. Served with garden tomato sauce, pasta, and side of charred shishito.
I forgot post roast pic before it was covered in too much sauce. A bit heavy for August but it was very good. #food
