Does anyone remember the Texas v. Johnson #SCOTUS case? If you don't, then you may wish to look it up. It decided that U.S. flag burning was covered as constitutionally protected speech. In 1989, the decision was made by a 5-4 SCOTUS majority. Flag burning constitutes symbolic speech that is protected by the First Amendment.

Guess what? The new Exec order wants the new SCOTUS pets to overturn this decision.
