You could say just because the goverment of a country does not take a very dim view of the IDF actions, does not mean the people in that country lack any moral, or ethical compass.

The people of Gaza and west bank have far more friends in the west than they realise.

@aral I have friends neither in Palestine nor in Israel, so locking from the outside I saw a hateful Hamas, openly saying they want all Jews to die, brutally attacking Israel, taking people hostage and killing many innocent people. I also saw Israel brutally striking back with the claimed target of freeing their people, a lot of people in Gaza dying in the process. But no matter how hard Israel is attacking, Hamas is not willing to let all kidnapped Israeli go home. What can we do?
