Thanks, #RoyalMail - not only is my redirection service not redirecting, but the only way to contact you is via the phone (which is very tricky to find & apparently will waste over an hour of my life) and all I want is a refund for the service you have failed to deliver.
Also I'm on day 3 of a migrainey headache, so I'm not in the best of moods either. Obviously this isn't the fault of the telephone operator so I will be lovely, but inside I'm GRRR!
