I don't how this managed to fly under my radar but last week Nobuo Yamada of MAKE-UP fame died. He sung Saint Seiya's OP Pegasus Fantasy which was likely the first J-rock song I listened to, sent to my by a penpal on a cassette, copied from a bootleg Taiwanese CD. I still can't get it out of my head after all these years.

Here's the original OP. It still rocks but I couldn't find a version which didn't look like garbage on YouTube (I'll probably rip it myself, it's a crime that a decent version isn't available).
