(my covid protocols are so deeply ingrained now, they're pretty much the default, but even I will relax a little sometimes... but when I see it rising, that's when I get disciplined about it again; I managed to travel 9000 miles across the US/Canada without getting sick but also: I had luck with me; I'm not gonna press the luck now)
