@clive @darnell Um. most of it, by a fair bit, is coal. Not sure anyone should emulate that.

And their hydro is... deeply problematic. Lots of dead people, and maybe stumbling into a SE asian centered world war, if they keep trying to steal all their neighbors' water.

@clive @darnell The renewables growth is impressive if you don't look at it in terms of their mix, but there's a reason they're still unchallenged in global CO2 emission. But I suppose water wars and global warming are not the kind of thing anyone cares about in the AI sector
