@ProPublica Ultimately, they did pull off a coup, just by subverting legal and democratic means rather than violent means (and now are legitimizing their violence fantasies.) The major problem is - they know it, but there is no meaningful opposition and what should be the opposition party is still playing by old rules that got tossed out the window.
