I just found out, thanks to my local newspaper, that a brand new company called Eco Yotta Inc. is aiming to build a data center outside my tiny little town.

There is absolutely no information about either the company or its registered owner, Tirusha Pankaj Dave, online. Their website is a barely-registered generic techbro cutout.
What's extra troubling is that the city has a whole industrial district that has plenty of room for such a thing, but they bought 153 acres of residentially zoned land which they want the city to re-zone.
I'm so annoyed.
