That data needs to be seized, and both Unit 8200 bosses and top BorgSoft executives hauled up for war crimes.
Oh and if you're still using GritHub as your code forge, obliging people to have and use a GH account to file bugs and push patches, you're collaborating with BorgSoft. Who have been knowingly enabling ethnic profiling for years, and continued to do so as it segued into genocide.
Please, don't do that.

FYI hosting projects on GritHub also hides them behind the Great Firewall of China, making them inaccessible to anyone there who doesn't have access to a reliable VPN. So using GH discriminates against the Chinese, and blocks about 1% of the population from seeing or participating in your project.
Again, please, don't do that.
