Can any UK based woodworkers recommend a moisture meter? I'm after a simple one with pins that works.
Are the cheapest ones on ebay any good?
9v, AAA or rechargeable is a plus. I don't want to have to buy button batteries for just one thing.

I've got a cheap capacitive one that does the job although penetration depth is not amazing.
This year will be mostly about making wonky furniture that still looks good when it bends and cracks but I'll get some wood to dry out for use next year too.
