@ramsey @derickr @m1ke @colincornaby I know this is a joke, but I know of at least one place using AI to generate API results.
The JSON it outputs is invalid and won’t decode, so they make a second (and subsequent, I assume) request to ask it to fix the broken JSON.
I wish *I* was joking.
@sean @derickr @m1ke @colincornaby I wish you were joking, too. I’ve heard serious suggestions for doing similar things, unfortunately. Many folks have no idea what the AI is actually doing, so they think it’s doing the work they expect it to do.
@ramsey @derickr @m1ke @colincornaby Yeah… this is “I can convince this coin to turn up heads if I just flip it enough times.” But they believe the coin is listening to their good idea of turning up heads.
