Very much appreciate learning about @cyberlyra’s work at #FediCon
Her presentation was excellent and I have so much catching up to do around https://www.reclaimcontrol.tech/
I see lots of points of collab across @coop@dwebyvr.org@z-space.ca and specifically community activation in #Vancouver
From discussion during the end of day panel @cyberlyra pointed out that organizational design is the underlying, un-acknowledged piece that we all have to work on and learn about.

Also appreciate @cyberlyra’s pragmatism - using Discord because it has the tools to safely moderate a chat community with high usability.
Today we have OOYE to sync Discord with Matrix https://gitdab.com/cadence/out-of-your-element/
And Roomy https://roomy.space has plans to sync with Discord, linked with #ATProto accounts
