Someone said Ofcom haven’t really done anything with the Online Safety Act. That’s a bit unfair as they have produced around 1700 pages of guidance. It’s really a bureaucratic magnum opus of the modern age. The UKs gift to the world, something for historians to puzzle over. It’s subtly subversive - an anarchist Trojan - anyone who reads it loses hope in Governmentality. #onlinesafety#Ofcom

What is primary priority content and what is just priority content. Why do we have a primary priority and not a primary and secondary content. We ponder the epistomogy and linguistic nuances of the legalese. How do we define content? What if a piece of content changes slightly is it still the same content like the ship ofTheseus? Does content have a platonic form of potential harm, or rather does it subjectivity exist in the meaning we ascribe it as bona fide existentialists? :)
